10 Baby Products I Actually Use Every Day as a Stay-at-Home Mom

When I was pregnant, I spent hours researching baby products. Everyone seemed to have a different opinion on what was a “must-have,” and honestly, it was overwhelming.

Now that I’m a stay-at-home mom to my daughter, Hayden, I’ve learned that some baby items get used every single day, while others barely leave the closet.

These are the 10 baby products I genuinely use every day and would happily buy again.

1. BabyBay Bedside Bassinet

The BabyBay has been one of my favorite purchases since bringing Hayden home. Having her safely within arm’s reach made nighttime feedings so much easier, especially during those early months.

What I love:

  • Easy access for nighttime nursing
  • Beautiful wooden design
  • Saved me countless trips across the room at night

2. BabyBjörn Bouncer

This is probably the item I recommend most to new parents.

When I need to make breakfast, fold laundry, or simply drink my coffee while it’s still hot, the BabyBjörn bouncer gives me a safe place to set Hayden down while she stays entertained.

3. Lovevery Play Gym

The Lovevery Play Gym has grown with Hayden from the newborn stage through infancy.

I love that it encourages independent play and comes with developmentally appropriate activities.

4. EveryLife Diapers

We’ve tried several diaper brands, and EveryLife has become one of our favorites.

What I appreciate:

  • Soft materials
  • Good absorbency
  • Fewer unnecessary ingredients

5. Mushie Silicone Plates

Now that Hayden is eating solids, these plates get used daily.

The suction helps keep meals on the table instead of the floor, and they’re easy to clean after messy baby-led weaning meals.

6. Burt’s Bees Bibs

If your baby drools as much as mine does, you know how quickly bibs become a daily necessity.

I love these because they’re soft, absorbent, and wash well.

7. Nursing Cover with Peekaboo Window

Whether we’re at appointments, family gatherings, or running errands, I always keep a nursing cover in my diaper bag.

The peekaboo opening helps me maintain eye contact while nursing.

8. Spectra S2 Breast Pump

As a breastfeeding mom, my Spectra S2 has been essential.

Whether I’m building a freezer stash or replacing a feeding session, it’s one of the products I rely on most.

9. Activity Center

As Hayden has gotten older and more curious, her activity center has become a favorite place to explore and play while I tackle a few things around the house.

10. A Good Water Bottle

This might sound simple, but staying hydrated while breastfeeding has been one of the biggest challenges of motherhood.

I keep a large water bottle with me throughout the day because if I’m hydrated, everything else feels a little easier.

Final Thoughts

Every baby is different, but these are the products that have truly earned their place in our home. If I were starting over as a first-time mom, these are the items I’d put right back on my registry.

I’d love to know—what baby product do you use every single day and couldn’t live without?
